Education and Outreach
Belinda has over fifteen year's experience of teaching all ages and standards from beginners to diploma and beyond. As well as private one to one lessons, she is currently on the teaching and piano staff at the Royal College of Music, Junior Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and South Hampstead High School. She is also a faculty member of Trinty Sannyi Academy which is a cultural exchange between Trinity Laban and Hong Kong and Macau with whom she has given piano and chamber masterclasses in Hong Kong, China and the UK. As a teacher, she always aims to combine enjoyment with learning. From the start she cultivates good basic habits such as a sound technique, whilst developing general musicianship and the 'artist.'
Passionate about outreach and community work she has worked with both older adults and children with organisations including the BBC Proms, Streetwise Opera, Southbank Centre's Imagine Festival, ENO Baylis and Turtley Key Arts.
